Bad after sales service

I bought my Ford Ecosport from Action Ford Krugersdorp, yes it is a second hand vehicle but paying over R240 000 in cash you expect a bit more from them. My car has been in for repair 4 times, and every time they say I don't know what I am talking about.(maybe it is because i am a woman I am not supposed to know about cars)

I am 100% sure that I will not get a response to this complaint. I think it is important that if anyone buy's a vehicle from them that you know what service you can expect. My vehicle is under guarantee but still I don't feel save in it.

This is a great example of it all about the sale with know after sales service.
