AVOID WILLIAMS HUNT. PARTS DEPT INCOMPETANT - RUDE PARTS MANAGER TOO

Been waiting for 2 days for parts on a bakkie of a farmer. We can not finish our job, he can not farm. But the arrogant parts manager terry laubscher is convinced that this bad service is because of the workload. The fact that parts promised at 9am not delivered by 4pm, and an unacceptable excuse makes for this warning - go buy somewhere else. According to TERRY LAUBSCHER you can not expect service from his staff, because they have way to much to do, and service delivery surely ain't one of the things!!! Maybe he can drop his arrogance too and learn how to deliver service to unhappy customers. After 2 days, i will be taking my business somewhere else, and i urge the public to do so too. Do not even buy a new vehicle there, because somewhere along the line you will have to deal with the over-worked staff of the parts department!!!!
