AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS....

If you are reading this, trust me AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS.... The worst experience of my life. If I could rate negative, I would. When the "manager" (I think his name is Troy) treats you like garbage and ignores you completely like you mean nothing. You know that place is to be avoided at all cost. The worst part is the staff was real nice. From security to the lady who assisted me in checking in the car for service. And now that I saw when someone fixed it for me, I even get how they could have made that mistake during the evaluation. It was just human error. But the experience I got thereafter from him is beyond my comprehension. I have never been treated this badly in my life. I have had bad service before a number of times but at least every company I've had bad service from, leadership owns up, follows up,has the descency to pick up the phone when you call or at the least call YOU. Not here. Here, leadership is where you are mistreated. Not by staff. Go figure!

All I asked was for my car to be put together back exactly the way they found it. I asked for an evaluation with the service, not a fix. But my car came back worse than it was when I took it in. I was shaking when I got home having to drive a car that sounded like it could fall apart any minute on the freeway. And my car was still alerting me to take it for service soon. And not picking up speed.

I called them. I relayed how scared I was to drive it back. I did not feel safe. I was promised the car would be collected the following morning. Next morning I was asked for my details. Which I gave. This is around 6 in the morning. After 12 still nothing. I ask for feedback, which I was the manager will call me. After 4 still nothing. I followed up again. I got the managers number. Called him, no answer. Left a voice message. Days later, I still have not heard a word.

Thank God for keeping a balance in the world because I ended up coming across someone who just fixed it. FOR FREE.
