Automall Vincent Sucks!

Worst service and customer service EVER! Took my car very early(7.16)or a service and 9 hours later was told that they still had to do the brakes (at 4.25) which was supposed to be done WITH the service. Staff is rude and unprofessional and while the Service manager HEARD the complaint, did not come and investigate. NO communication at all while YOU as a customer have to phone to get any updates! They do not care for senior citizens or that you a regular client for 6 years.
