Autobahn BMW service is horrible

I had a very terrible experience with Autobahn on number 8 Spartan road. The poor communication I experienced is inexcusable. Time and time and again I kept requesting to be kept informed on the estimated date that the car would be returned to me - only once someone estimated 7 days and was it not exceeded by 2 more weeks? I kept calling and leaving messages but they didn’t bother calling back and updating me. I needed this information so I could organize my life because for 3.5 weeks I needed to move around. All I got were some lousy messages that I kept telling them they don’t solve the problem I have of wanting to know when the car will be ready. All I needed was to organize my life and work around not having a car. Their service is pathetic
