Autobahn BMW Isando - Worst Service - Dian Pieterse

Worst experience ever... Dian Pieterse the sales guy was supposed to resubmit my application. Which he **** and said that he did but actually he didn't. I pulled my credit report to find out that he didn't. Needless to say that BMW lost on two sales from my husband and myself. We went with VW and everything was approved within 2 days... that's what you call service. Not waiting two weeks for Dian Pieterse of BMW to get his act together. Oh by the way I am still waiting for the proposal which he said he will send in order to go the bank directly. Never heard from the guy again. Pathetic!!!
