Audi Using faulty brakes and failing to admit.

My car breaks were replaced last year January. When I asked where the old parts are I was told Germany takes them back as the car is still under motor plan. The brakes continued to give me issues. I took the car back several time but they can’t replace them because they are still within spec. I am so livid I want them to take their car back.
