AUDI ROCKS!!!

I recently had a problem with my new audiA5 2023. I had a tyre puncture due to a nail. Unfortunately the tyre could not be repaired. The tyre was still new but i had no choice but to replace it. To my horror all the tyre companies around told me they cannot replace the tyre as they dont have any and cannot source any due to unavailibility in south africa. The tyre is very scarce and i would need to wait at least for a month for new supplies from europe.i decided to ask AUDi east rand from where i had purchased the car for help. They liased with audi(vw) south africa and within a few days they managed to source a tyre for me from port elizabeth.They had it couriered to the nearest tiger wheels and tyre for me at no cost,replaced the tyre at no cost and called repeatedly to make sure i was sorted.unbelievable service. (I not too long ago owned a 7series of a competitor and also had tyre problem on my journey to durban for a holiday. They did not even try to help and made it clear they a car and not tyre company). Thank you AUDI east rand and AUDI sa. Great cars ,fabulous service.
