Audi eastrand poor service

I bought a audi a4 in October 2018 from audi eastrand. the salesman was Fabian.

After waiting 4months of asking and getting promises I still have received my papers and sparekey for my car,So I drove to them,Fabian wasnt there they found my papers but not my spare keys,Asked fabian again and he said that he waould get it sorted for me on monday. Now its 2months later again and still no word from him or audi eastrand.

I cant believe one have to pay for a new car and wait 6 months for a spare key that I still dont have.
