Appalling service by Market Toyota

I took my car for a service in January at Market Toyota, Tokai. After receiving my car back, I noticed that my back seat latch was not working (the technicians accidentally got the seatbelt stuck in the latch).

I brought the car back a few weeks later, as I had ordered a part. When I pointed out the issue, Toyota merely apologized to me and advised I take the car to a trimmer.

I am beyond upset with the service received at Toyota. How can Toyota break something in my car and then tell me to take it somewhere else to fix? And not offer to pay for the costs.

They actually seemed annoyed with me for asking them to please fix the car, which was not broken when I took it in for the service.
