Appalling Customer Service

Most appalling customer service from the service department and Barbara is the worst! Ignoring emails and phone calls just to get labour costs and my details on an invoice! Instead giving me the runaround as if I will not be paying for the services. Literally the worst— if I could give them 0 stars I would. That 1 star is for Gift who provided me with the parts invoice. So disdapointed.
