Appaling Service at McDuling

I'm so disappointed in VW McDulings, called in last week to book in my car for service and the lady who was booking in my car asked if I needed a lift to work and I said yes to Sandton, she told me it was out of their radius but didn't think it would be a problem as it was 2km extra, so I confirmed the booking. This morning I get there I sign in my car and the consultant tells me that NO sorry the driver will have to drop you off in the CBD and you will have to take a taxi from there to Sandton, (IMAGINE) I ask her why they even allowed to book in my car in the first place as I had disclosed that I need a lift to Sandton, she could not answer, the driver drives off with me and drops me off at Melrose as he cant go any further, I'm left there stranded and had to Uber to work, at 10:50 I get a call telling me that they're done with my car and I need to get myself to Melrose where I was dropped off so I can fetch my car, I tell this lady that I am at work and can't go to Melrose then, she blatantly told me that if they cannot pick me up then then I will have to get myself there and they close at 5, I must say, this is TOTALLY DISGUSTING,
