Angry,Frustrated,Disappointed!!
I wanted to purchase a Ford Tourneo from the dealership in order to modify and make it wheelchair accessible due to me being disabled. I was in contact with Calvin since the 12th February because I needed certain info . I then confirmed on the 15th that I'll be purchasing the van and Calvin said he would email me all the information as it was a cash deal. I live in cape town and he confirmed the vehicle would be shipped to me and that William hunt is a reputable company and can be trusted. I called the 19th and he said he would check his emails and get back to me. When i called the 20th i was told that he has sold the van the previous week already!!! How is this ethical!! I released money from my investment to buy the van. Its not the first time I've been treated like this by a car dealership.I feel like I'm not being taken seriously because I'm a women and I'm disabled. It's so frustrating cause i cant just get in a car and go looking for what I want, i have so much limitations...I informed his manager, Raul. I sent him all the voice recordings between myself and Calvin. He then apologised and is trying to get me a similar offer. I really hope he does...I just feel ****** because it was such a perfect deal!!
