Algoa Toyota ****py service

Mother and I went into Algoa Toyota to ask about a car radio display that is not working, it is showing a purple toyota sign. We were helped by a lady by the name Sheryl. She booked the car for 3 November 2020 at 8h30. On the 02 November we received a call to say we must bring the car on the 4th of Novemver at 14h45. My mother took the car in and she was told that she was sent an sms to confirm this date and they cannot help her so she needs to bring the car in on the 11th of November. All tjis running around and it appears that there are special customers and unfortunately we are not that special to get this service. It is so unfair that when we need your services we are tossed around as if we are not important. I am truly disgusted by this behavior and have no respect for older people.
