After sales is a circus

<p>Audi would request their clients to camp outside their service doors a night before to get a spot the next day. Absolute bull!! How is it at all possible to ask me when can I bring my car ( in for an aircon repair which could not be fixed 2 weeks ago at their dept ) at any time this week yet today , and tomorrow is full. I can Wednesday am but at 06:45, after which there is no guarantee of your car being attended to as it is first come first serve! We choose to drive better quality cars as their service and after sales care should reflect this? KLD's branches needs better management systems. I will post an add on social media for someone to please assist them to get things right. Cindy the receptionist even told me that the mechs are leaving Audi as if this is my problem? I request a booking from Audi as per all other depts in JHB, to fix an aircon. I will not sit infront of your closed doors 30 mins before opening to be helped. Expectation is to have the car done SAME DAY ! I respect that the car has te be signed in early , but waiting on a first come first serve is un heard of!</p> <p> </p>
