After sale service

I had quite an interesting experience. bought my vehicle at Williams Hunt Roodepoort and it went for a service 'apparently' and it had some minor issues which some were sorted however I couldn’t get the service history book and Muhammad as the sales man has not been so helpful at all, ignoring my texts and not returning my calls.
