Action Ford Stole from me.

This might help someone who is thinking of buying any Ford car anytime soon. I should tell you people about Action Ford in Krugersdorp. My car is Ford Ikon 2015. I bought my car in Tommy Martin in Krugersdorp. I did not test drive the car when I bought it. After some weeks I noticed that the car was making the knocking sound by the wheel. When I took my car to Tommy Martin, a guy called Henry who sold me a car said I should take my car to Action Ford because the car is still under warranty. When I took my car there, they said I will have to pay R10000 because they do not cover shock absobers when they are not leaking. This sounded not right since no one told me anything about this when I bought a car. Fast-forward to the latest problem my car gave me. 2 moths ago my car started overheating. When I took it to Action Ford because it was still under warranty, they said the warranty is not going to cover the cost because apparently I serviced my car in a non-Ford dealership. I didn't know what that means but the guy that was helping me there in Action Ford was too busy to explain that to me. After a day they generated a quotation and came back to tell me that my car has blown a top gasket. Thus they will need R25000 to fix that. Obviously I didn't have plan to pay that much and it just didn't make sense to me that a 2015 car would give so much problems. I called Henry at Tommy Martin and he said we can take the car to Car Care Clinic in Wilropark. Mind you, I had pay R750 to Action Ford because they already did diagnostic test to see that the car blown a top gasket. After 2 days someone from Car Care Clinic called me to explain the quote to me. It turns out my car didn't blow a top gasket. My car needed a new thermostat and they need to change a water pump. They did my car and my car is perfect. I drove my car from Joburg to Durban last week. Action Ford was ready to rob me R25000. They rob me R750 by saying that the car blown a gasket when it didn't. So this is my deductions about Action Ford Krugersdorp. 1. They had been and they will still rob customers. 2. They don't really car about anything but to have more money getting in. 3. Lastly, in my own opinion, Ford cars are not as strong as they appear to be. So if you were thinking of supporting Action Ford, there is the truth about them. Support them but now at least you know the truth.
