Action Ford Roodepoort - Where the customer is never right

Wow I have had bad service before, but Action Ford Roodepoort takes the cake. Basically we were told it is not their problem they do not have stock on parts we were awaiting to fix our car. They don’t care and when you follow up you get a big bowl of “this is not our problem, we are doing you a Favour”. As a long time supporter of Ford this has totally put me off. Thanks Ford for opening my eyes and goodbye I will never in my life make this mistake again. A fair warning to current Ford owners - STAY AWAY FROM FORD ROODEPOORT AND THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE.
