Action FORD Roodepoort PATHETIC SERVICE

I recently contacted the FORD dealership ACTION FORD Roodepoort to enquire about purchasing a Mustang and was contacted back. I explained to the sales rep, Neels, was his name, that i wanted to test drive the vehicle but i was told that they dont have any in stock, they are custom made and most importantly i cannot test drive them as not even the sales people are allowed to test drive them. So let me get this straight,.... I want to spend over a Million on a vehicle and i obviously want to test drive it but that is not possible..???? Ive never heard of such *******! I asked the sales guy, Neels so you dont have a vehicle to test drive and his response was, "sorry they are never available to test drive and no stock what so ever?? I then contacted another branch on the East Rand and spoke to Mark and was told, they are out of stock at the moment however, he has a vehicle available test drive end of January and will definitely let me know as soon as the vehicle comes in and took my details. Clearly Action Ford DONT NEED THE BUSINESS AND ARE INTERESTED IN MAKING A SALE AND CANT BE BOTHERED!! SHOCKING SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY LACK OF SERVICE. I stay on the West Rand but because the branch close to me is clearly not interested in assisting me i will travel to the East Rand
