Action Ford Roodepoort- Pathetic Service

I have no words to describe the pathetic service at Action Ford Roodepoort. I am perplexed and disgusted with the way customers are treated. 24 April 2019 I called the branch to book my car in because my brakes plates were making a terrible sound, they could not assist and had no bookings. 13 June 2019- I called in to book car in because the hooter stopped working, I was told they only have availability from 5 July 2019. I then called again on the 14 June 2019 and spoke to Jacques he confirmed I can bring the car the Saturday 15 June 2019. I took the car in and to my surprise they could not do anything I was told its an electrical problem, I need to speak to the manager Monday. I called today- 18 June 2019 and spoke to the manager Jacques and explained what a waste of time bringing a car in but issue not resolved. Its the second time I have problems and this branch cannot accommodate me. I am so disappointed and will not ever purchase Ford again because of this specific branch.
