Action Ford Roodepoort is a joke

This dealership and it's receptionist are very useless and do not care about Ford customers and always make empty promises to call people back when they call to make a service booking. I called on Tuesday 19 March 2019 and I am still waiting for them to call me back...They are ridiculous and this is happening for the second time this year and my colleague also had the same problem with them. In addition they do not have the decency of arranging a shuttle for their customers who less then 10km away from the dealership. I think this is also a racial issue...
