Action Ford Roodepoort great service

I took in my Ranger Wildtrak 2016 model for ad hoc repairs. The maintenance team was ready and able to receive the vehicle by 06h30. The service in waiting room (tea, coffee, etc.) whilst waiting for drop off vehicle was also great, so was the knowledge of the driver of the area, hence prompt delivery albeit at peak morning traffic.

The problem was correctly diagnosed and properly fixed, even fixing items not previously mentioned by myself. The vehicle was with the dealership for 3 days but the requisite work was worth it.

It is appreciated that some dealership still do quality work whilst work is still on maintenance plan.
