Action Ford Roodepoort- Extremely poor Service!

Extremely poor customer service when I took my vehicle (Ford Everest) to Ford for the 90 000 km service. The vehicle had 91 789 km on the odometer. I was informed that Ford will not pay for the service (vehicle was still under service plan) because the vehicle exceeded the 1500 allowed mileage by 289 km. 289km!!!!!They informed me that rather than doing the service for free, it will now cost me an estimated R5500!!! No discussion with the Service Manager, the Dealer Principal or even Ford customer service helped. They simply refused to cover the service. I have done all my prior services at Action Ford and this is the FIRST time they mentioned this 1500km max. I did the booking more than 2 weeks ago! Why not simply make me aware then OR before i dropped off my car!!! Shame on you Action Ford and Ford. Your loyal customers deserve better!!!!
