Action Ford Roodepoort

I bought a Ford Kuga 1.5 2018 model, drove the vehicle for only two months and then the engine overheated and seized. Took the car back to Ford Roodepoort. I was told to wait at least a week for a new engine replacement as this car was still under warranty. One month and one week later still haven't gotten my car back, after numerous calls to them and messages left for call back ,I haven't heard anything from Ford as yet.

I am a very unsatisfied customer after supporting them for 8 years and bought three cars from them over the years and this is the service I get.

This is my last car that I bought from Ford Roodepoort, no more. GW
