Action Ford krugersdorp must fall

I purchased my Ford ecosport by action Ford krugersdorp in January 2023, ever since I bought it I have returned for almost six times, they seem to not get the problem, they return it back saying they fixed but to my surprise I'm back at Ford now with the same problem.

I have sent emails to the manager several times asking to change my vehicle to another one because someone is not doing his or her job, but nothing has been done.

I did not go for my December holidays afraid of the same problem, even now for my Easter holidays I experienced it, the consultant was informed by the manager that there are no available courtesy vehicles as I refused to sign and leave.

I am not happy at all with action Ford krugersdorp, as the schools are re-opening tomorrow, its really stressful for me especially as a woman.

In January this year I had to pay tracker extra cost because here at Ford they informed me it was trackers fault, after full evaluation with tracker they did not find any fault with their system, it's really costly for me and no one us taking any responsibility but myself.

For the.mere fact that I have returned my vehicle several times, something must be done.

I just need clarity or they must take their vehicle back and offer me another one
