Action ford has no integrity. Won't recommend them to anyone.

Really disappointed, but not surprised. bought a vehicle from them in Feb 2019, had a few problems with it so they repaired it eventually. Now, I had about 80% of my front brake pads left when I took it in for a service yesterday and got back pads with about 40% left on it. The pads they replaced mine with doesn't even have the same ford sign, it's just a black pad. (Front & rear brake pads had a ford sign) now just the back has a sign. Their excuse; it must have come off from the heat. it's a shame they are willing to lose customers for whatever they saved on my front brake pads. (i can only hope that the service parts were replaced. . .)
