Action Ford Constantia - Poor Workmanship!!!

This dealership is without doubt the worst when it comes to mechanical repair work on vehicles. Besides the fact that Ford vehicles are generally mechanically unreliable and poor quality compared to Toyota vehicles, the quality of workmanship at Ford Dealerships in South Africa is also generally poor. But Action Ford Constantia takes the biscuit: The Head Mechanic, as well as the dealer Principal (Jacques Prinsloo) both have bad attitudes towards customer service. So, do yourself a Big favour, don't buy any Ford vehicle!!! But if for some stupid reason you buy a Ford vehicle, DO NOT TAKE IT TO ACTION FORD CONSTANTIA for any type of repair work. But either way, you are *****ed for buying a Ford vehicle in the first place!!!!
