Accident SUV sold as new is this not *****????

<p>I Have bought a brand new Chev Captiva from Reeds N1 City in Cape Town. It came under my attention that the car was sold to me with accident damage on it. I took it to an authorised panelbeater and they confirmed that the car definatley has got repair work done on it!! Is this not ***** and against the law to sell a accident damage car as a new car??? I took the captiva to Marvan Van Zyl the dealer principal at Reeds N1 city last year the 19th of December and still up to date no answers as to the way forward. Marvan himself and the Regional manager came to have a look and both confirmed that they could see that the vechile was repaired and sprayed over.</p> <p>Please could someone urgently come back to me. I have already contacted the RMI and are awaiting report from me. I am also in contact with a reporter at the SUNDAY TIMES!!!</p> <p>As i told Marvan at the dealership i am a very unhappy customer and want feedback asap. the wait more than a month does not seem like it is been dealt with as urgent!!!</p>
