Absolutely horrifying service

The most shocking, traumatic and unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I tried to buy a second hand Fiat500 through Reeds Bellville and the process took almost 2 months, until I got so fed up that I canceled the deal. The car got vandalized twice while it was parked outside and there was almost NO urgency or responsibility to fix it or prevent it from happening again. The second time it happened, they refused to fix the damage. On top of that, it's almost impossible to get into contact with the guys that work there -you get told that someone will call you back only to never receive any contact until you spam call them. And if by some miracle you do get a hold of someone, they can't provide you with any concrete updates and will leave you in the dust until you're able to get through again. The only helpful person is Chane, but there was only so much she could do to assist me as she wasn't even involved in the process. Truly horrifying experience.
