Absolutely Horrible

Sent the car for a regular service. After wife left the dealership, received an sms with a quote for the service of just under R2000, and a few "optional extras" totaling R15000. Don't know if refusing the extras aggravated someone, but when the wife brought the car back home, a nice big dent on the side of the bonnet greeted me. After further inspection, the oil was found the same dark color, and the same level(under half between the marks) as before. Went to speak to the brand manager, one of the workshop champs was called, asked me to bring the car in. And then was given the explanation: -"The oil filter is new, but the mechanics handle it with dirty hands, that's why looks old."// But the car was washed together with engine compartment??? -"The proper amount of oil was pumped(we use a machine and a big drum), so not to overfill the engine." //This is the first time I hear this, usually the dealers overshoot the top mark! And what a coincidence to end up at the same level! -"The oil was definitely changed, it is naturally dark, because it is 5W30???" //But the oil in my other car is light, despite being serviced a month ago, at another dealership- but THE SAME TYPE OF OIL!

And here's the cherry on top: One of the "optional extras" was a R2001 for "right mirror indicator???"- which my car doesn't even have, the side(fender) indicators are working fine! The champ from the workshop tried to find the "mirror" indicator, even checked under the fender without success.
