Had the best experience ever with this business. Pieter Els is an amazing service consultant. We took our X5 in for a major job. Pieter kept us in the loop all the way. They picked up on other issues which had to be addressed and bent over backwards to keep within the quote. We will never go to another BMW branch/service centre.
