A wonderful asset to your company!

I called through to Reeds Cape Town earlier today requesting confirmation of a vehicle's service history. Although the service advisor I was hoping to speak to was busy with a client at the time, the receptionist that side was extremely friendly and courteous. I'm not sure what the lady's name is, but she is definitely an asset to their company and a very good first point of contact for the dealership! Calm, kind, and you can hear she is speaking with a smile on her face. <br> <br> Receptionists out there can take a note or two from this lady!
