A welcome cup of coffee

Arrived at Reeds Delta N1 City ready for a wait over a cuppa only to find the machine was out of order . My downcast expression prompted Elize Kielblock to offer to make me a mug of coffee (I presume in the staff kitchen) - and very welcome it was too as was her warm smile and friendly attitude. Made the wait so much more bearable.
