A Small Repair Becoming a Much Larger Repair

I booked my vehicle for a repair and replacement of the petrol cap inner and mechanism after a staff member at a petrol garage forced it open and ended up braking it. When I went to collect my vehicle at Audi East Rand after the repairs and replacement done, I found that they used an incorrect tool to remove the inner and ended up scratching the paint on 5 different areas of the body surrounding the petrol cap, making the problem a much bigger one as the innial repair. Two days later and still waiting for a solution to resolve the matter.
