90000km MAJOR SERVICE - CA82792_CAMBELT TENSIONER

On the 27/8/2015 my Chev Cruze had a major service. A few days thereafter our mechanic at work told me that my vehicle does not sound right and I should have reeds check it out. I made an appointment to book the vehicle in. They kept it for 2 days just to notify me they need to replace the cambelt tensioner. I ask the question if this is not replaced at the major service, but no clear response was received, only that I should keep calm, they ordered the part. To date I am still waiting on the part and my vehicle sounds worst. What is my warrantee worth???<br> I expect that they re-do the major service when they replace the part...im very disappointed in Reeds as I have never experienced a service hassle free since 2013.<br> Nigita the service advisor sent me a mail on the 28/9/2015 adviser the part is on order...still waiting...and driving with a vehicle sounding like a motorbike...
