9 months of no spare key!!!!

I bought a Mazda 2 in January at The Glen branch. Before buying the car from Trevor Mhlongo, he told me the car did have a spare key. Besides lying to me about the car coming with 1 free service, I still believed that he would give me the spare key. I honestly do not care what Randburg said about the key right now, I just want value for money that's it! I want my key delivered to my door step, do not bother calling me if I have to go with my key to a branch to sort it out, I have tried that and I have always had to follow up.!!! This is totally unacceptable!!
