CCFAO Nissan Clearwater Failed to Protect My Vehicle and Then Denied Liability
I took my 2023 Nissan Navara to CFAO Mobility Nissan Clearwater on 4 August 2024 for brake‑related service work. The Service Manager confirmed the vehicle arrived with no damage on the right rear tub. After collecting it, I discovered new damage the next morning. The dealership refused to provide full CCTV footage of the workshop or wash bay, only a useless boom‑gate clip. They could not prove the vehicle left their premises undamaged. Both the dealership and Nissan South Africa have refused to accept responsibility, despite acknowledging the vehicle arrived in perfect condition. The investigation was incomplete, lacked transparency, and offered no real resolution. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability from both CFAO Mobility Nissan Clearwater and Nissan South Africa.
