Toyota Camry Shocks

I went to the store in Thaba Nchu to buy two pairs of car shocks Toyota Camry 200i year model 1993. The guy was very helpful he ordered the shocks because they didn't have in the store. Later I discovered that the shocks are not fitting my car. So I took the back to the store and they told me that they can't help me due to their T&C. I accepted that because I didn't have the slip anymore, but all I wanted was an exchange to get the shocks that fit my car. The guy called his area manager than, when I spoke him and he was not very kind and helpful. We even had a bit of a fight on the phone because he didn't want to listen to my side of a story. I don't want my money back, all I need the correct shocks for my car.

The area manager is telling me that there is nothing he can do to assist me with my request because the supplier doesn't want to help them. So I should buy new ones at a cost price, that's the best deal he can give me.

My question to him was what must I do with the items that I bought.

This is a very bad customer service from the area manager.
