Incorrect glass and poor quality workmanship

We ordered Aluminum Windows from them in May 2023. Deposit was paid first week in June with a delivery date expected 3-4 weeks later. We only received the Windows 8 weeks later just to discover that we paid for 6,38mm and he installed 4mm windows. Also the finishing on the windows was very bad and not closing properly. Clinton promised to replace the glass, fixed the locks and install the security bars in August. it is now 2 months later and only received empty promises from them. The glass not replaced yet, The locks not working, No security installed and windows not closing
