CF-FILING Poor service

I have sent my documents to CF-Filing more then 2 months back now, the only thing they had to do was to change my company name, that was reflecting wrong on the system. After sending them all the documents, they responded 2 months later stating it has been sent to the department dealing with it, 2 weeks later, and still nothing again. In the meantime i cant get a letter of goodstanding, meaning my company has to come at a complete stand still for more then 2 months. I really do not know what to do anymore, as calling them does not help at all!
