Complaint

On the15/04/2015 I was on internet banking, I was surprised to see an unauthorized and unknown deduction of R99.99 form my FNB Credit Card by CF Distribution & Pro - Northcliff. I immediately went to the bank suspecting that this was done purposefully & **********ly as I would'nt get an sms notification for transactions less than R100. I was offered a phone to communicate with the FNB Credit card division as I wanted the deductor's contact details. Their contact details where no where to be found on the system even onthe internet. I was only told that they are Appliance Repair Shop. . This made me more suspicious. I was transferred to ***** dept that sent me a ***** claim form to complete & return for investigations. Up to so far I am happy with FNB's response as am waiting for their 3-7 days time frame for investigation. May you please help with tracing this CF Distribution because I don't think they did this on my account only & it is not easy to discover this as there will be no sms notifications. I am not a bona fide customer of CF Distribution and I don't even know them as declared below for me to accept. I couldn't edit the declaration.
