Park and sell facility, received broken seat back

I used their park and sell facility and the car was never sold. I eventually went to fetch the vehicle and received it back with a broken seat. Sent them the invoice and received no feedback. Worst was that they tried to hide it and did not give me a proof of payment after I had to pay their consignment fee cash.
