Very Bad Customer Service

My wife are wearing glasses and the set that she have are damaged went to this company did eye test paid for new lenses etc said she will get it today (Friday 20/11/2020) or latest Monday, they did receive the lenses and damaged it in the machine now she has to wait till next week Thursday to get her glasses that is if it does not get damaged again and she struggles with heavy headaches for not wearing any glasses.
