REFUND

Centre for Educational Testing for Access and Placement (CETAP) I paid R180.00 to the above company to write NBT TEST. Wits plus said they informed that we are not suppose to write that test. I immediately cancel the test and asked for the refund. I was asked to send my ref number or ID number I added proof of payment. I waited for response instead they set a test day which I didn't write because its no more a requirement for me to be accepted. I called and the lady by Suzanne Rosslind Project Assistant – NBT Project Centre for Educational Testing for Access and Placement (CETAP) Tel +27 21 ********** Email : ********** who was very rude she told they cant refund me. I need my cash, I didn't write their test, i cancelled in 9 days prior.
