Trade Test Certificate Enquire

My Son wrote his Plumbing trade test in February 2014. To-date he has still not received his certificate. Yet one of his friends received his certificate 3 months after he did the trade test.<br> I have contacted the company where he wrote the trade test as well as CETA in Durban but there hands are tied they have to wait for CETA Midrand to send through the certificates. <br> I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get to speak to someone. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails and as for the switchboard operator totally useless. What do I need to do to get some response from CETA. They are forever advertising how they need Artisans but whats the point if they wait years to get there certificates.
