Still awaiting on Accreditation Letter - 2 YEARS

We have app**** for Secondary Accreditation for our company in OCTOBER 2013. On the 3rd of June 2015 at last we had a site visit from CETA on which we was recommended for our accreditation. To date we have not received our official letter stating this. If I contact Annikie Phuti at CETA head office, she just does not answer her phone (direct line). I have sent NUMEROUS emails to her since and she just doesn't seem to think that it is necessary to respond to my emails.<br> <br> We also have other applications pending with CETA to which I also just never receive any feedback. <br> It seems that the staff at CETA head office just do not want to assist us. It seems as if it is just fine for them to never answer any of our emails. I am not sure but it seems to me that this might be unfair treatment of a provider. <br> In the interim CETA is making us loose A LOT of money and clients by not supplying us with our accreditation letter.<br> <br> As far as I understand, SETA's are there to assist providers and not to try and take providers down by disadvantaging them by keeping applications back or just not assisting them with applications.
