NO EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS

I called CETA 25 times today for information regarding accreditation and needs for a company, no one is available and the more I speak to someone regarding this the less they know what I am talking about. How poor service can this be, they do not call me back and they absolutely do not know anything about CETA at all!!!!! Why does CETA appoint people with NO knowledge and we waste our time and money!
