Lack of service delivery

Good day,

With many attempts trying to get through to Ceta regarding my trade certificate, until thus far I have had no success. I have been calling four different contact numbers but no answer!

I need my trade certificate in order to leave the country. I have passed my trade test on 31st October 2018 and today marks three months whereas I was told it will take up to six weeks for me to get my certificate.

Please advise what happened To my certificate.
