Its been a 5 months that we haven't got our stipend as learners in this learnerships that are taking place in limpopo while as ceta has funded the same learnership,the finance department at fet polokwane is playing hide and seek about paying us and our complaints in writing has been ignored and we are having this bad feeling that someone in charge of the finance might have taken the money,we really need this education as some of us are from a poor background and needs it more to secure our future but someone in that office isn't helping and doesn't even care,I have a feeling ceta doesn't know this and I think its best they know of our problem because fet polokwane is destroying their good name
