Ceta bursary scheme

This is the worst company when it comes to paying students money for bursaries awarded by them. I am one of the beneficiary of CETA bursary but I had the worst experience that I won't wish for anyone in the world. They don't pay on time and when they do, they will pay you less money than what you signed on the bursary agreement form. THEY ARE ****** AND *******ED.
